Delois (Vicky) Warncke

Delois Ann (Vicky) Warncke of Seguin, Texas, age 83, passed away peacefully in her home early Sunday morning on November 6, 2022, after losing her battle with cancer.

Delois was married to Dennis Warncke until he passed away on April 29, 2005. Her parents, James Thomas and Bertha Mae Sanders (Payne) have both passed away.

Delois (Vicky) is survived by a sister, Bonnie Windsor and her two children of Scottsdale, Arizona; daughter, Shari (Adriana) Soefje of San Antonio, Texas, and her son, James Burdick (Jim) of Seguin, Texas. She has four grandchildren, Brian (Crystal) Soefje, James (Jennifer) Soefje, Jason (Colleen) Burdick, and Makayla Berry. She is further survived by six great grandchildren, Zachary, Brylee, Caleb, Danika, Tayler, and McKenna.

Delois loved to dance, go fishing, curl up with a good book, and her yearly trips to Las Vegas with her daughter to play videopoker.

At her request, there will be no services. There will be a celebration of life for her family and friends after the first of the year.
