Roy Dotson Jr.

Roy Otis Dotson, Junior passed peacefully in his sleep on Monday, April 9, 2018 with his loving wife Evelyn by his side.

Roy is survived by his daughter and son in law Mary Jane and Scott Shaver of San Antonio, Tom Miller, Richard and Theresa Miller, Marie and Randy Bracewell all from the State of Washington, Mary and Brad Bish of Arizona and his granddaughter, Tyana Miller of North Carolina.

He is preceded in death by the mother of his children Dorothy Hess and daughter Lou Ella Skidmore.

Roy started his young adult life serving his country in the Navy. This began his life journey of traveling all over the country. Roy never met a stranger. He helped anyone in need and never had an unkind word to say about anyone. He served his family and God all his life. He will be missed.

The family takes comfort in the fact he is in heaven and in peace. He has completed is journey on earth. He will be missed.

Family and Friends will gather for Visiting Hours at the Goetz Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, April 16, 2018 from 10:00 a. m. to 11:00 a.m. with a Graveside Service to follow at the Dugger Cemetery at 11:30 a.m.
