Myrtle Elley

Myrtle M. Elley, of New Braunfels, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the age of 85. She was born on February 29, 1932 in Comal County to Sophie (Voss) and Gilbert Wilke.
She is preceded in death by her husband Gussie Elley, her parents and one brother.

Survivors include her children, Russell Elley and wife Alissa, of Seguin, TX, Ronald Elley, and Gay Riedel and husband Gerald, of Waelder, TX; grandchildren, Kreschendalyn Backus and husband Ranchard, Victoria Elley, Margaret Elley, Ronald Elley and wife Missy, Michael Elley, Colton Riedel, Cory Riedel and Caeleigh Riedel; great grandchildren, Claire and Cash Backus and Noah Riedel, Meadow and Lincoln Elley; and sister, Frances Tschoepe.

The Visitation will be held at Goetz Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, February 8, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Goetz Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., with an Interment to follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
