Michael Xavier Luna unexpectedly passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023 at the age of 30. He was born to Beatrice Luna Sandoval and Ruben Lomas on March 29, 1992 in Seguin, Texas.
Michael is preceded in death by both of his great grandmothers Maria B. Luna and Ernestina S. Lomas; grandfather, Henry B. Luna, and uncle, Roger Lomas. He is survived by his children Anevay Love Luna, Beau Daniel Xavier Luna, Wailynn Marie Luna and Calleigh Marie Haney; his love Alyssa Agustin; parents, Beatrice Luna Sandoval (Manuel), Ruben Lomas (Tracie Licerio); brothers, Brandon Ruiz, Manuel Sandoval, Joe A. Sandoval, Izaiah Sandoval; sisters, Bernice G. Rodriguez, Ruby C. Lomas, Victoria E. Lomas and Jerrica R. Lomas; uncles, Henry Luna (Sandra), Gilbert Medina (Vanessa), and Deric Luna; aunts Lisa M. Hargrove and Iris M. Luna; grandmothers, Dolores Medina and Leonor Lomas; and his cat Bear Bear.
Michael worked as a QC Inspector at Design Precast and Pipe in Gulfport, MS. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and eating his favorite foods pizza, wings, and his mother’s spicy pork chops with fideo and beans. He loved spending time on the raceway with his red 2020 Ford Mustang 5.0 “Luci” automatic 10 speed, full bolt no performance parts with nitrous and was tuned by Palm Beach Dyno and VPM performance. Always by his side were his children. If you saw Michael he always had Anevay and Beau with him even on the racetrack. He also enjoyed playing video games, basketball, and attending the Rangers games in Texas.
Visitation will be held at Goetz Funeral Home on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. with a Memorial Service beginning at 5:00 p.m.
