Lillian Petersen

Lillian Coor Petersen, age 96, of Seguin, passed away on Saturday, March 24th, 2018. She was born and raised in Gonzales, Texas along with five brothers and sisters. Lillian met Irvin "Pete" Petersen in 1953 while he was serving in the USAF and stationed in San Antonio. They were married at Randolph Air Force Base on April 10th, 1954 and were married for 49 years. Lillian enjoyed being with her family, gardening, and traveling with Pete to motorhome rallies.

She is preceded in death by her husband Pete, parents, Alvin T. Coor and Lorena (Ledbetter) Coor, three sisters and one brother.

Lillian is survived by her brother, Harold "Hank" Coor and wife, Virginia, son, Scott Petersen and wife, Cheryl, daughter Debbie Downs, grandchildren, Audra Fryar and her husband Hondo, Kelli Downs and her partner Wesley Greer and one great-grandson, Cade Ackerman along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A Visitation will be held at Goetz Funeral Home on Thursday, March 29th, 2018 from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM with a Graveside Service to be held on Friday, March 30th, 2018 at 11:00AM at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park Cemetery.
