Joyce Magin

Joyce Marie Magin was born October 9, 1932 and was called home to be with our Lord on August 10, 2017 at the age of 84. She is preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Magin; daughter, Debbie Brizendine; great-granddaughter, Abigail Warren; mother, Lucile Schwarzlose; father, Erwin Schwarzlose; brother, Rodney Schwarzlose. She is survived by her son, Donnie Magin and wife Debbie; daughter, Dale Anderton and husband Tim; son-in-law, Nick Brizendine; grandchildren, Trent Herchman and wife Ashley (Canton, TX), Lyndsay Walden and husband Kenneth (Austin, TX), Angie Leyendecker and husband Nick (Weatherford, TX), Kasey Hickman and husband Roger (Austin, TX), Keri Benson and husband Randy (New Braunfels, TX), Lauren Lea Warren and husband Jay (Temple, TX) Kelly Blair and husband Jacob (Chicago, IL); great-grandchildren, Creede Cole and Cap Herchman, Mason, Bailey and Charley Benson, Eleanor and Ben Walden, Luke and Phillip Warren, Paige, Riley and Kaylee Leyendecker, Gibson and Everett Hickman and numerous other relatives and friends. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 9:30 am with a 10:00 am Mass at St. James Catholic Church. A mausoleum entombment will follow at St. James Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Zorn Bowling Club or St. James Catholic Church. Arrangements are entrusted to Goetz Funeral Home.
