John Steele Jr.

John Madison Steele Jr. also known as Trapper, age 75, of Stockdale, TX passed away peacefully at home on February 17, 2021.

Trapper was born July 15,1945 in San Antonio, TX.

Trapper worked as an electrician, and a truck driver before starting a 36 year career working for Southern Pacific / Union Pacific Rail Road. He loved living life to the fullest by fishing, hunting and riding his Harley.

Trapper is preceded in death by his parents, Max and Vivian Calhoun. He is survived by his wife Pauline; his brothers, Kenneth and Max Jr; sisters, Karen and Dorthy, and also by his children, John, Thomas, and Paula Jo. Trapper is further survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
