Esperanza Neitzel

Esperanza "Hope" Neitzel was called home to join her husband Edward Eugene Neitzel on June 4, 2017 at the age of 80. She survived by her children, Natalie Chronister, Colleen Neitzel, Donald Neitzel and wife Kathryn, John Neitzel and Barbara Neitzel; grandchildren, Aubrey Powell, Marcella Powell, Micaela Gutierrez, Selena Gutierrez, Edward "Eddie" Neitzel; great-granddaughter, Lottie Moskowitz and numerous other relatives and friends. Hope loved animals and gave her 4 rescued dogs and 2 rescued cats a forever home. She was an avid gardener and loved her rose bushes. She was also very crafty and crocheting was among the many crafts she did. Hope was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all. A visitation will begin on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Goetz Funeral Home. A Chapel Service will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 9:00 am at Goetz Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association . Arrangements are entrusted to Goetz Funeral Home, Seguin, TX
