Edward Kortz

Edward Leo Kortz reunited with his wife Joyce, on July 22, 2016 at the age of 80. He is also preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Julia Kortz; brothers, Conrad, Anton and Johnny Kortz; sister, Regina Broll. He is survived by his children, Edward Kortz, Jr. and wife Kathi, James Kortz and wife Elizabeth, Penny Lloyd and husband Morgan, Kenneth Kortz and fiancé Judy; grandchildren, Matthew, Staci, Christopher, Timothy, Adrienne, Meredith, Sandra, Dustin and Raina; 14 great-grandchildren; brothers, Vincent Kortz and wife Betty, Aloys Kortz and wife Norma Jean; sisters, Florence Warzecha, Justine Drapalia, Rosie Craig and numerous other relatives and friends. Mr. Kortz provided loyal and dedicated service for 49 years to the Friedrich Air Conditioning Company in San Antonio, TX. He is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all. A Committal Service will be held at a later date at Westside Cemetery in Yorktown, TX. In memory of our loved one, monetary contributions can be made to a charity of your choice. Arrangements are entrusted to Goetz Funeral Home in Seguin, TX.
