Dorothy Botts

Dorothy Lee Botts peacefully entered eternal rest on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at the age of 69. She was born to Leland Botts and Amalia Enriquez on June 2, 1952 in San Antonio, Texas.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her son, Michael Anthony Barsenas Sr., and parents, Leland and Amalia Botts.

She is survived by her spouse, John Perkovich; granddaughter, Rianna Lopez; grandson, Michael Anthony Barsenas Jr.; great granddaughter, Aubrey Lopez; sisters, Carolyn, Lorraine, Dolores, Deborah, Mya, and Lillian; brothers, Chuck, Lawrence, and Carrey; mother-in-law, Audrey Perkovich; and her beloved furry companion, Lola.

Dorothy will always be remembered as the LIFE of the party. She was an honest woman, and she would always “tell you like it is.” She loved and cared for her family and pets, and she often put others before herself. Her beautiful, sweet, kind, and outgoing personality will be missed deeply by her family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 20, 2021, at Goetz Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with the Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at St. James Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at San Geronimo Cemetery.
