Donna Darlene Davis

Donna Darlene Davis passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, in Seguin, Texas. She was born on September 19, 1965, in Denton, Texas to Richard Davis and Mary Bert Ford Davis. 

Donna was a gentle soul with a strong will and a love for people. She had a quick wit and an innate ability to bring brightness into any room she entered. Her warm smile and kind heart touched the lives of many. Donna had a zest for life that was truly contagious.

Donna's favorite color was pink - a reflection of her vibrant personality - and one of her favorite hobbies was coloring. She found happiness in filling pages with beautiful hues, which brought her great satisfaction. 

Animals held a special place in Donna's heart. She had deep love and compassion for creatures big and small. Many furry companions brought immense happiness to Donna throughout her life. 

Donna is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Bert Davis, her aunt Barbara Meinberg, her sister-in-law Elizabeth Perkins Davis, and Donna’s dear friend and childhood teacher, Kay Lambert.

Donna is survived by her father Richard Davis and stepmother Cynthia Cary (Lee Stein); sisters Jenifer Davis and Elizabeth Davis (Emmi Schatz); niece Riley Davis; uncle Lewis Ford (Linda), aunt Linda Littenberg (Abe), uncle Dave Meinberg; and numerous cousins. 

Donna's loving relationships extended far beyond her immediate family. Mary Ann Rangel, known as "Staffey", and her husband Willie Rangel, known as "Coachie", and their family Tana Cavazos, Barb Iungerich, Nette Torres, Lyrik Rangel, and Bobby Bass, who provided many years of love and care, creating a nurturing environment for Donna. 

Donna will forever be missed but always remembered with love and admiration by all whose hearts she touched.
